Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will perform activities that ensure efficient transportation of materials and products from origin to destination. Additional duties may include:
-Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages
-Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests
-Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed

Compliance Analyst

In this role, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of transportation and supply chain management to gain efficiencies and compliance within our customers’ supply base and carrier base. Duties include but not limited to:
-Carrier Compliance (insurance, authority and rates management)
-Supplier Routing Instructions
-Claims Management
-Contributing to the development and presentation of final client deliverables
-Data analysis

Account Manager

Seeking a Sr. Account Manager. In this role, the ideal candidate will have a consulting background in supply chain and logistics, and have an advanced level of experience as an account manager. Scope of duties included but not limited to:
-Program compliance
-Carrier/service provider compliance/administration
-Supply-chain engineering and carrier management
-Transportation
-Supplier operations
-Operations management
-Cost-benefit analysis
-Logistics strategy

Database/ETL Developer

In this role, the ideal candidate will develop and enhance database and ETL solutions for enterprise applications. Scope of the duties include, but are not limited to:
-Architect a database and ETL solution for new applications by understanding the business requirements
-Developing a database architecture that utilizes database architectural standards (normalized tables, primary keys, foreign keys, events, triggers, etc)
-Document database architecture in MS Vision
